Sublime shirt, anyone?
Hey, everyone. I'm moving soon, and I was going through my closet, and I've decided to part with a shirt you all might like. It's a fairly simple Sublime shirt. I figured it's just sitting in my closet, doing nothing, so why not let the good folks here have it?

hey just joined
real quick, does anyone play guitar? has anyone ever covered a song by sublime that was not for a video for youtube or just in your room alone? like i.e. at a club? i thought about doing it, and i knew which song it would be immediately: pool shark. but now i cant even sing it alone without a guitar, because every time i do i get choked up to the point of no return.

ugh. i don't know.

What may be my favorite Sublime lyric:
"We've got 196 different oil cans...electric toasters! There wasn't a thing in here that wasn't used at one time or another on the Lincoln Highway!"

Request for Music
As if things couldn't get bad enough for me. Last week my computer crashed, and while I was paying too much $$$ to have it fixed, my iPod crapped out on me! So, in the space of 10 days, I LOST ALL MY MUSIC. So, that's been quite a blow! I bought a new iPod and have put in some stuff from friends and am slowly rebuilding my music collection. However, no one owns a copy of Everything Under The Sun. I had bought mine from iTunes, and now it has died with the hard drives of my computer and iPod. Anybody out there have a copy they would be willing to burn for me (after all these gadgetry replacement, I am poor)? I'd mail you CD's/DVD's with a prepaid return envelope as well. Please? I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks!

How many different officially recorded versions of "Don't Push" are there?

on my CD, my version is like this:

If I had a shotgun, you know what I'd do--
I'd point it straight up at the sky
And shoot heaven on down for you

I'm looking for one that says....

I'd point that SHIT straight at the sky
and shoot heaven on down for you!

Does anyone have THAT version? I've heard it before... but where can I get it!

Don't Push is one of my favorite Sublime songs ever!!

Grilled Cheese
Wait... In "5446 That's my Number" (and seemingly, some other songs), does he really sing "DJ, Lord have this grilled cheese?"

Chica Me Tipo
Hello! I'm a new chick on here. My name is Ellie and I've been a Sublime fan since I was like... 8 or 9. I know a young shit. I still remember sitting in my room listening to the radio or watching TV, mainly MTV or some crazy video channel and seeing a vid of them. I love this band. Them and No Doubt was what made me become a musician. Well, I have to admit, I come from a place where Sublime isn't that big or weren't that big. I'm from Puerto Rico. I moved to the state of Florida when I was like 12. I stopped listening then and later when I was like 14 I'd listen to some of Sublime's hits on the radio and I was like OMG! So I began listening to them again. I love their music. It really makes me feel alive. Not like the other shit I was listening to at some point that made me want to kill myself. UGH! Well, yeah, I'll be around.

Keep Punkin',
Ellie <3

Legalize it.. and we will advertise it..
Man, I have not posted in ages, no one has in a while actually, oh well, communities are stupid, I just like this one. But god how i hate rating communities...

So today in English we have to present a song and explain the poetic elements and meaning of the song.. I chose to do Pool Shark, I hope I do a good job, although I've failed to make copies until today the day I present.

I really want the Sublime DVD for Christmas :(.

Egh, my nose is runny.

I remember last year I was talking about how I wanted a Sublime hoodie in here, it doesn't feel like it's been a year, time is starting to pass so fast, but so slow at the same time.

A sublime hoodie would still be nice.

What do you want for Christmas?
